Consolidated Wireless is a privately held company that was incorporated under the laws of the State of Nevada in 2003 and based in the city of Las Vegas. We are looking to become a leader in providing wireless and mobile solutions for individuals and companies seeking "on-the-go" products and services that allow for seamless transfer between office, worksite, and home, including, but not limited to, hardware systems, software development, information technology services, Wi-Fi, and Internet related projects.

We have offices in both the United States and Canada and are currently making arrangements to have company agents in Europe and Asia.

As part of its business plan, Consolidated Wireless is undertaking a private placement of 2,500,000 shares in order to raise the necessary working capital for its development and acquisition plan. It is the intent of the company to be quoted on the Pink Sheets OTC.
